A 20-minute call with a real person

We map the care network — who needs to be in, who gets alerted first.

You tell us who's in the family, whether there's an in-home caregiver, and whether your loved one lives independently or in a facility. We confirm the escalation policy: who gets the SMS first, who hears it second, and who only sees it on the dashboard. No sales pitch, no demo theater.

The kit arrives pre-provisioned

Everything is already linked to your care network — no setup wizards.

One box. Inside: the watch, the radar sensor, the privacy-shutter camera, the tablet, and a one-page quick-start. Each piece is already paired to your care network. Plug in the tablet, stick the radar to the wall, slip the watch on. That's the install.

Your first reading in under five minutes
