The gold standard
of care, made visible.

Every resident gets continuous, contactless biometric coverage — without wearables to maintain or nightly charging — alongside a biometric watch where the care plan calls for it. Families see what your team sees. That is how trust compounds.

What we deploy in your building

A care kit per room, plus a dashboard for the wing.

SeniorConnex installs a per-room kit — Pontosense radar on the wall, a bedside tablet for video calls, and a biometric watch on the residents whose care plans call for it. On top sits a clinical dashboard for your staff, with role-gated access, audit logs, and shift documentation. Onboarding is measured in days, not quarters.

Pontosense in every room

Wall-mounted radar. No nightly compliance, no charging, no resident to remind.

Biometric watch (opt-in)

For residents whose care plan needs continuous heart-rate or fall-detection coverage.

Bedside tablet

Video calls for residents. Staff can tap to initiate or accept a family call without leaving the room.

Clinical dashboard

Role-gated for nurses, aides, and admin. Audit logs, shift documentation, and care-plan review built in.

The rollout

From kickoff to wing-wide coverage in under two weeks.

We run pilots a wing at a time. Click any step to read what your team is responsible for and what we handle.

Kickoff — scope the wing

90-minute walkthrough with your DON and IT lead.

We walk the wing with your team. We confirm Wi-Fi coverage, electrical access, and which residents will get a biometric watch. We map out role-gated access — who on staff sees what, and which families are invited into the network.

Install — radar, tablets, watches

Two technicians, a few days, no resident relocation needed.

Our technicians install radar sensors and tablets in every resident room. The biometric watches are distributed to residents per the care-plan list. Nothing requires moving a resident from their room or interrupting care.

Train — one-hour sessions for each role

Nurses, aides, admin, and the family-relations team.

Each role gets a focused, one-hour session. Nurses learn the clinical dashboard. Aides learn alerts and handoff. Admin learns audit logs and family invitations. We leave behind a one-page reference per role.

Invite families into the network

An SMS link, a quick consent, and they're in.

Each family gets an SMS invite. They tap, consent, and see a calm live view of their loved one's room. Permissions are set by the facility — full transparency or summary-only, your call per resident.

Go live — alerts route through your protocol

SMS to on-shift staff first. Family on the policy you set.

Falls and vitals changes route through your existing protocol — on-shift staff first, family second. Two-way acknowledgment confirms the message landed. Every alert and resolution is documented in the audit log automatically.

Weekly check-in for the first month

We tune thresholds, review false alarms, document the wins.

For the first month we meet weekly with the DON to tune alert thresholds, review any false alarms, and document the events worth celebrating. After 30 days we shift to monthly. The line is always a human who knows your wing.

Room by room, resident by resident

Every room. Zero extra staffing.

The Pontosense radar mounts on the wall and disappears into the room — no nightly compliance, no charging station, no resident to remind. Residents who need cardiac-grade detail get a biometric watch on top, but it is never required for baseline coverage.

  • Continuous radar coverage in every room — privacy by physics
  • Biometric watch where the care plan calls for it
  • Tablet enables one-tap video calls with the family
  • One dashboard for clinicians, one private live view per family

The clinical command center

One dashboard. Every room, every resident.

Your charge nurses open a single web portal and see the whole building at a glance — coverage, hardware health, and the residents who need attention now. No app to install, no training day.

  • Live operations view across every wing and partner facility
  • Hardware and signal health monitored room by room
  • Role-scoped access — clinicians see vitals, admins never do
  • Runs in any browser on the tablets you already have

The difference families feel

Become the building families recommend.

The old standard

  • Family calls the front desk for an update
  • "We'll check on her and call you back"
  • Falls discovered on rounds, not on signal
  • Wearables piling up uncharged on the nightstand
  • Family transparency limited to monthly reports

The SeniorConnex standard

  • Family sees the same live view your nurses see
  • Falls escalate by SMS — staff first, family second
  • Every room covered without extra staffing
  • Audit-logged alerts, acknowledgments, and resolutions
  • Building becomes the gold-standard reference
A senior, protected by an entire care network.

Why families choose facilities that use this

Transparency is the new standard of care.

When the family sees the same vitals your clinical team sees, the trust conversation changes. Your building becomes the one that shows its work — not the one that asks to be trusted on faith.
