Talk to us
We work with families and facilities from across the United States. Whether you're interested in a pilot for your facility, or you're a family who wants to protect your loved one with SeniorConnex, we'd love to hear from you. We reply to every message personally.
Frequently asked
Heart rate, respiration, presence in the room, posture (sitting, standing, lying), and fall events. With the optional EKG band, you also get single-lead cardiac rhythm tracking. The sensor uses mmWave radar — it does not capture images or audio.
No. The core SeniorConnex sensor is fully contactless — nothing to wear, charge, or remember. The EKG band is optional and only recommended for residents who need cardiac-level tracking.
Primary channel is SMS — instantly, to the on-shift care team and, on the policy you set, to designated family contacts. The mobile app and email serve as backup. Two-way acknowledgment confirms the right person received the alert.
Yes. Every byte from sensor to dashboard is encrypted with AES-256, with HIPAA-aligned access controls, audit logs, and BAA support for facility deployments.
Clinicians see the whole floor in one dashboard. Each family sees a private live view of only their loved one. Permissions are role-based and revocable at any time.
No cameras and no microphones. mmWave radar detects motion and physiological signals, not images. Dignity is preserved by physics, not just policy.
A single room takes about 15 minutes — the sensor is small, mounts to a wall or ceiling, and self-configures. Multi-room facility deployments are scheduled in waves over a single afternoon.
Pilot pricing is set per-deployment based on room count and the care model. We'd rather talk to you than publish a number that doesn't fit your situation — send us a note and we'll quote your case directly.
Yes — SeniorConnex is live in production today, protecting real patients. We're inviting a small additional set of pilot facilities and beta families this quarter.
